According to the latest Fortnite leak, Epic Games is looking to add more Boons to Chapter 6 Season 1. Given how popular Boons have become overnight, having more options to choose from is great. This information comes from veteran leaker @HYPEX.
@HYPEX has been one of the cornerstones of the Fortnite community since the game's early days. Information provided by him is usually accurate.
There is no timeline in place for these new Boons, but we do know what each new type will reportedly offer in terms of buffs/perks/abilities.

Fortnite leak foretells of five new Boons coming to Chapter 6 Season 1

Based on information provided by @HYPEX, the five upcoming Fortnite Boons will be spread out over four different elemental types. Here is a list with a brief description of what buffs/perks/abilities they will provide players:
- Zero Point: Gives 2 Dash Effects, Charge 1 every 8s
- Void: Tracks enemies somehow for 3s
- Water: Swim or loot Containers to cause Chug Splashes around you
- Fire: +5% Damage increase for 5s after reload
- Fire: +5% Damage
These Boons seem to share similarities with the Oni Masks that are currently in-game, but their buffs/perks/abilities shouldn't render the latter useless. If anything, they will be additions to the loot pool that will give players more options.
When could these five new Boons be added to Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1?
As mentioned, there is no timeline in place for the reported arrival of these Boons. Since Chapter 6 Season 1 started on December 1, 2024, we are still in Week Zero. For this reason, the scope of new content coming right now is very limited. Aside from cosmetics being added to the Fortnite Item Shop, nothing else will be introduced to the game any time soon.

Furthermore, given that there are already four Boons active, the five rumored ones could be added after Winterfest 2024. Adding them now would not make much sense as the feature is new, and having more would clutter the loot pool.
