Fortnite leaks suggest Special Faction Chests will be part of Chapter 6 Season 1

According to the latest Fortnite leak, Special Faction Chests will be part of Chapter 6 Season 1. These will be similar to the Chests that were present in Chapter 4 Season 1 and Chapter 5 Season 2. The information has been provided by leaker @NotPaloleaks. It has also been re-shared by veteran leakers @HYPEX and @ShiinaBR.

That said, here is what we can expect to see in-game in Chapter 6.

Fortnite leaks hint at Special Faction Chests (likely Japanese-themed) being added soon

The upcoming Special Faction Chests will likely be related to Ninja Clans. As seen in the previous two teasers for Chapter 6 Season 1, with the theme revolving around Japan, Ninja Chests would fit right in.

That said, the crest seen on Hope's attire (which resembles a cat) could be one of the factions to be present in-game. There will likely be others as well, as is the norm for every new phase of the storyline, and at least one antagonist faction attempting to overrun the island. However, this is yet to be confirmed.

What could the Special Faction Chests contain?

At the moment, it is hard to tell what these Special Faction Chests could contain. However, based on leaks, there is speculation that they may hide items or weapons, such as Masamune Blades, Demon/Oni Masks, or other Mythics.

Epic Games will likely showcase new content soon. Perhaps a teaser could be provided during the Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix The Finale live event.

Alternatively, more Chapter 6 Season 1 could be posted soon to help paint a more vivid image. On that note, given the various POIs showcased in the teaser, mobility could play a huge role. The upcoming two mobility/movement items may also be part of the Special Faction Chests.
