Fortnite pro Anas from Team GUILD created history by winning the $1 Million MrBeast tournament. He gathered an outrageous score of over 140,000 on the Extreme Survival Challenges map. The tournament was one of the biggest Fortnite has ever hosted. This time, it did not take place in any of the core game modes but on a Creative map built by Team Atlas Creative.
Earlier this month, Epic announced its collaboration with MrBeast and shocked its player community and the Beast fanbase by revealing a $1 Million tournament. The tournament was scheduled to take place on a special Creative map consisting of several classic mini-games. Maze Escape, Briefcase Hunt, Red Light-Green Light, The Red Circle, and Dropping Tiles are some of them.
The tournament took place between 12 PM and 3 PM ET yesterday, and players across several regions tuned in to participate. This also made the servers lag out for some time.

Players with the best score in a single match, topping the leaderboard, had the chance to take home $1 Million. Moreover, the top 100,000 would get the prestigious golden Beast Brella umbrella in their lockers.
GUILD pro ANAS wins MrBeast's Extreme Survival Challenge in Fortnite and takes home $1 Million
Fortnite pro Anas managed to gather a whopping 142,099 points to win $1 Million in cash by topping the global leaderboard on MrBeast's Extreme Survival Challenge map. The player managed to survive up until overtime, collecting most of the coins along the way and playing for 22 minutes straight.
Anas is a member of the European Esports team GUILD, co-owned by David Beckham. The Fortnite pro has won several tournaments as he plays on European servers. However, this might be his biggest win yet in an online Esports tournament. All he had to do was survive a few obstacles in the Squid Game style and get the highest Score.
The Creative map on which the tournament was held also went live four days before the final day of the challenge. This allowed players to practice on the map and time their best Score across several obstacles and mini-games.
Several pros like SypherPK, NickEh30, and Clix participated in the open tournament but gathered only close to 100,000. They complained about the infidelity of the servers during a crowded Creative lobby and the rotation of their mini-games.
However, that did not stop Anas as he used a strategy to collect all the coins. He kept running in circles, looking around constantly to survive. Eventually, Storm Surge in overtime managed to get him through and stack up the best Score in the Fortnite tournament.
