What separates it from other close-range weapons is its ability to one-shot enemies. Fortunately, the latest gun is capable of doing this, which is why we expect it to be the most popular item in the current season of the video game.

Havoc Pump Shotgun is a deadly one-shot Fortnite weapon
Taking enemies down with a single shot is one of the most satisfying feelings in Fortnite. The original version of the Pump Shotgun was capable of doing this, but Epic Games nerfed it over time.
The popular shotgun had also been vaulted for a long time, which is why so many players are excited that it's finally back. While the weapon has a different model and name, it works exactly like the original version.
It can be found in various loot sources, including chests, floor loot, Holo chests, and more.
While every variant of the shotgun is very powerful in right hands, its Mythic version is incredible. This variant, however, is very rare and can only be obtained from Mythic vaults.
The Mythic Havoc Pump Shotgun deals 144 body shot damage and 288 damage to the head. Essentially, it's more than enough to one-shot enemies in both Battle Royale and Zero Build modes.
It's interesting that only the Mythic version of the weapon has a 2x headshot multiplier. Due to this, it's the best close-range gun currently available in Chapter 4 Season 2.
Exploring Havoc Pump Shotgun stats and challenge
The new shotgun in Fortnite Battle Royale comes in six different rarities. Each has the same magazine size, which is six shotgun shells. Furthermore, the fire rate of 0.75 is consistent across all of them as well.
However, the lowest rarity of the weapon deals 108 damage to the body and 200 to the head, while the most powerful variant is capable of dealing more than 250 damage.
Considering that even the lowest rarity of the Havoc Pump Shotgun is capable of dealing massive damage, we expect it to be the most popular weapon in the first few weeks of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2.
To encourage players to use it, Epic Games released a new challenge. By dealing 750 damage with the new shotgun, they will receive 12,000 XP, which is a nice boost to start off the new Battle Pass.
