According to the latest post by @ShiinaBR, a legacy leaker and data miner responsible for leaks such as the Cars collaboration, Monsters Inc. and its franchise are expected to come to Fortnite soon.
If true, players could expect a host of cosmetics like Outfits, Back Blings, Emotes, and more to make their way to the Item Shop. Skins and other cosmetics based on Sully, Mike Wazowski, Roz, Boggs, and other popular characters could be seen in-game. For those unaware, Monsters. Inc. is a popular movie franchise where monsters must scare children.
This rumor is further strengthened by the fact that Pete Docter from Pixar Animation Studios suggested that a host of popular characters could make their way to the game soon, at the Disney D23 Event.
