Epic Games recently released the Fortnite Deadpool (Pen & Ink) Outfit, the brand new skin added to the game as part of Epic Games’ collaboration with Deadpool & Wolverine, the latest entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The new Outfit brings the Merc with the Mouth back to the game in a stylized fashion, and the Fortnite community seems to be having a good time with it.

This is highlighted in a recent Reddit post shared by u/ShortViewBack2daPast, where the player shared an image comparing the two Deadpool skins in the game, with the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 version and the new Fortnite Deadpool (Pen & Ink) Outfit. The player expressed their appreciation for the new skin and highlighted how it's an improvement on the old skin.

The Reddit post ignited a flurry of reactions from members of the community regarding the Fortnite Deadpool (Pen & Ink) Outfit, with Reddit user u/Matografy jokingly stating:

Meanwhile, Reddit user u/GifanTheWoodElf highlighted the skin’s cel-shaded style, expressing how they are not the biggest fan of cel-shaded skins and how they prefer the original Deadpool Outfit.

Reddit user u/reymoru1 pointed out how since Epic Games has released Pen & Ink versions for Deadpool & Wolverine, it is likely that they might release similarly styled outfits for other characters like Spider-Man.
