Five new Reality Augments have been more or less confirmed for Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. Although 13 were leaked and speculated to arrive this season, only five have made this cut so far.
That said, there's no information on how these Reality Augments will work. Nevertheless, their functionality can be speculated upon to a large extent since their names are more or less confirmed. However, this information should always be taken with a pinch of salt as it is subject to change.
Hunters Armory and four other amazing Reality Augments that are coming to Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2
1) Hunters Armory

Akin to the Tactical Armory Reality Augment from Chapter 4 Season 1, the Hunters Armory Augment will likely provide the user with a powerful Katana in-game. Given how the icon for it showcases a sword being swung, this would most likely be its functionality.
Aside from providing the user with a katana, it may also increase the melee damage output of the weapon by a small margin. This would allow the player a more melee-oriented playstyle in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2.
2) Treasure Hunter
The Treasure Hunter Reality Augment will not function similarly to Peely Plunder. This one will probably allow players to find higher/rarer loot while opening chests.
If this comes to pass, this particular Reality Augment will be highly sought-after in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. Since better loot makes a lot of difference in combat and overall gameplay, this will be a game-changer.
3) Grind Rail Heal
The new 'Grinding' mechanic has been confirmed via the official trailer for Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. Players can 'grind' along the 'rails' to boost movement speed and will likely ascend to the top of buildings within the Mega City POI.
Since this new mechanic will play a role this season, a new Reality Augment called Grind Rail Heal is being added in. This, in theory, will auto-heal players while they 'grind' on the 'rails.' By the looks of it, this will become a mobility-based Reality Augment when added to the game.
4) Slap Medic
Like the Chug Splash Reality Augment, Slap Medic will likely allow players to obtain Slap Juice when opening containers and chests. While a single bottle of Slap Juice is not all that useful, a full stack will always be handy.
Given that the item restores health and shield points while providing the user unlimited stamina for a short duration, it will undoubtedly come in a 'clutch.' That said, this new Reality Augment could also enhance the potency of Slap Juice, allowing users to heal more or perhaps have unlimited stamina for a longer duration.
5) Dumpster Diving
If Dumpster Diving isn't already popular in-game, this Reality Augment will make the sport very popular in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. However, since dumpsters are mainly used as hiding spots, what this Reality Augment does or could potentially do is vague.
In all probability, it may function similarly to the Bush Warrior Reality Augment. With the Mega City POI being a Japanese-Cyberpunk themed city, there'll be plenty of dumpsters to dive into. The Dumpster Diving Reality Augment could allow players to regenerate their health and partial shields while hiding in dumpsters.
