Based on a recent leak posted by leaker/data miner iFireMonkey, Epic Games' developers are working on 11 new Reality Augments for Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. After stress-testing this new system/mechanic last season, it's safe to say that it's been perfected for the most part.
With the current season just getting started, Epic Games is working on adding more of them to the game. Since there are already quite a few new ones added in, the upcoming Augments will be added over the course of the next few weeks. Here are some more relevant details about them.

As stated, there are a total of 11 Reality Augments that are currently in the works. By the looks of things, most of them are centered around combat and/or support roles. Here's the list:
- Melee Siphon - 10 hit-points per hit
- Final Assault - Last few AR bullets in the magazine do x1.2 damage
- Sniper Ammo Recycle - 20% chance to not use a heavy ammo
- Sniper Ammo Reload - Reload speed of Heavy Sniper increased by 25%
- Reload on Empty - Reload speed of (TBA) increased by 35%
- Grind Rail Heal - Gain 2 hit-points/shield-points every 2 ticks spent on Grind Rails
- Amphibious Assault - ARs healing hit-points/shield-points up to 100 HP and 50 Shield (The condition under which this occurs is unknown, but the description suggests that it's related to water)
- Relentless - Mark enemies for 10 seconds when shot at
- Charge Armory - Get a Charge Shotgun and Flint-Knock Pistol
- Pizza Party - Get the Pizza Party consumable item
- Hunters Armory - Get a Flare Gun and Shadow Tracker
Straight off the bat, it's easy to see that the Melee Siphon Reality Augment is going to be highly sought-after in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. With the Kinetic Blade becoming the center-piece of the ongoing season, the ability to siphon HP with every melee hit is going to be a huge deal in close-range combat.
Others, such as Final Assault, Relentless, and Charge/Hunters Armory are going to be hugely popular as well. While Amphibious Assault will likely be quite useful based on the description, with its functionality still unknown to an extent, it's best to wait for more information.
The Pizza Party and Grind Rail Heal Reality Augments should potentially make surviving hotspot POIs like Mega City somewhat easier. Players can hold the high-ground and 'grind' while fighting off opponents within the limits of the POI.
Note: Their functionality is subject to change based on Epic Games' discretion.
When will these new Reality Augments be added to Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2?
Although no timeline has been set in place, it can be said with certainty that a few new Reality Augments will be added to the game after every major update. This is the same approach that the developers took last season.
With Fortnite update v24.10 scheduled to arrive on March 28, 2023, perhaps a few of the aforementioned Reality Augments will make it into the game then. By rough estimates, anywhere between three and five new Augments will be added next week. Considering that Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 will end on June 2, 2023, rationing them makes a lot of sense.
