Where to find Inkquisitor in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4

Inkquisitor is a brand new boss in Fortnite, brought in by the latest update on Halloween. This is the second boss this season, as the Herald in Herald's Sanctum is still there. This was a stark change from last season when no bosses were on the island.

The Inkquisitor packs a massive punch. It also carries the perfect weapon. To get one of the very few Mythics available this season, Fortnite gamers have to defeat him, but they'll have to find him first.

Tracking the new Fortnite boss is a minor challenge

Step 1: Enter a Fortnite match

Load into the game and start up a match. This can be Solo, Duos, Trios, or Squads. The Inkquisitor can be found in any match.

Step 2: Head to Grim Gables

Wherever the bus is headed, you need to go to Grim Gables, located above Loot Lake and northwest of Chrome Crossroads. You may need to pull your glider very early, depending on where the bus is.

Step 3: Go inside the house

Be sure to loot up first. The chests are outside and around the POI. You will need good loot and healing to fight the Inkquisitor. The boss throws fireflies and has a pumpkin launcher.

Step 4: Go into the basement

Inside, find the carpet on the floor and destroy it. This will allow you to drop down one level, but this isn't the basement. Inside, there is a wooden plank that covers another dropdown. Break the plank and open the hole shown above. Drop into that hole.

Step 5: Summon the Inkquisitor

Inside the basement, there is a design on the floor. If you stand on it, it will begin glowing red. This will eventually summon the boss. You will want to back up off the design, though, so you have space to start fighting.

Step 6: Fight the Inkquisitor

The Inkquisitor in Fortnite has a lot of health, so be sure to try and avoid taking damage. That is easier said than done because it hurls fireflies that light all the surrounding wood. This is why it's important to have healing options.

Once you've killed the Inkquisitor, you have access to its loot. This refers to the Mythic Inkquisitor's Suppressed SMG and a Pumpkin Launcher. Keep in mind that unless Grim Gables is way off the Fortnite bus route, there will probably be multiple people trying to kill it for the SMG.

It's also recommended to try and fight him in Squads, Trios, or even Duos so that you have allies helping you defeat the powerful boss.
