A Secret Tunnel in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 has been added with the v33.10 update. It isn't just a random Easter egg but most likely hints about the ongoing lore of Chapter 6. This location seems to be the secret base of Daigo, one of the characters in this season's Battle Pass. Looks like it is the place where he makes his masks, including the new Oni Mask item.
The Chapter 6 Season 1 is full of Easter eggs and hints: a random NPC giving a secret Vault Key, a large glowing energy ball that gives you a secret quest, and now a Secret Tunnel that belongs to one of the main characters this season.

As of the v33.10 update, if you visit the Masked Meadows location, you'll now see various points from where purple smoke is coming out. The source of this mystery is the Secret Tunnel in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1.
Go to the most westerly area of Masked Meadows and locate the zipline that takes you down through the purple smoke. To confirm that you're standing at the right place, look at the minimap on the top right of the screen and check if you're standing right above the letter K of the name.

Once you find it, drop down using the zipline and keep going. The way to enter it is pretty straightforward, but finding a way out if you are deep inside could be challenging. You'll find a lot of ground loot and Chests on the way. Once the small pathway ends, enter the secret place where Daigo makes the Oni Masks.
The area is quite large and has many interesting things such as a unique type of container that has two Oni Masks. Various vents and pipelines glow purple, explaining the smoke visible on the surface outside. The more you explore, the more Chests and possible openings to reach the surface can be found.
