Fortnite players are quite familiar, after all these years, with free cosmetics and collaborations. There are two certainties in this game: Epic Games is always looking for big brands and characters to work with, and they love giving away free items.
This particular item somewhat falls into both categories. It's not an entirely free cosmetic, but qualifying players can unlock the Uncharted crossover glider for just 100 V-Bucks.
It's about as cheap as a cosmetic can be without being totally free, so it's a stellar deal. Not only is it for a fun collaborative item, but it's also for one of the coolest gliders in the game. Here's who qualifies for the discount and how to get it.

Fortnite x Uncharted collaborative glider can be had for as little as 100 V-Bucks
Tabor Hill discovered this discount. The initial Uncharted bundle didn't include the Sully's "New" Seaplane, as the name of the glider ironically suggests. The set didn't even have a glider in it, as it only had these during the initial release:
- Nathan Drake skin (alternate styles for the movie version and game version)
- Chloe Frazier skin (alternate styles for the movie version, one with and one without the jacket, and another for the game version)
- Chloe's Pack back bling
- Second-Hand Saber harvesting tool
- Parashurama Axe harvesting tool
- Update Journal emote
The Sully's "New" Seaplane is brand new. For those who had already purchased the bundle it wasn't available in, the glider was offered at a significant discount.
Instead of costing 800 V-Bucks itself, owners of the original bundle, which returned to the Item Shop last night, can purchase the bundle again.
When players own some of the cosmetics in a bundle but not all of them, the remaining bundle is still offered at a discount.
If, in theory, players had purchased a skin but not the bundle, the latter would not be full price. For the Sully's "New" Seaplane, those who had the bundle only owe 100 V-Bucks to complete the set.
The bundle initially cost Fortnite gamers 2,600 V-Bucks with all the cosmetics available. It was first seen on February 18, 2022, which is right in line with the movie's release.
It has been seen 18 times since then, most recently in the last rotation of the Fortnite shop. That said, it took a substantial 147-day break before returning for purchase.
What collaborations might come in Fortnite Chapter 4?
Big movies often get collaborations, so ones that are scheduled during Chapter 4 (not Chapter 3 Season 5) will probably get a skin. That means Shazam! Fury of the Gods will most likely get a crossover. Avatar: The Way of Water will, too.
There are currently not a lot of leaks regarding the collabs that might show up next season, but Epic Games won't let the opportunity pass if they get a fun opportunity.
Any pop culture movies, TV shows, or even other games that release at the appropriate time stand a chance of ending up in Fortnite.
