New Free Fire OB40 Advance Server introduces two characters and a pet
Sonia character
Sonia is one of the two characters Garena introduced in the Free Fire Advance Server. She possesses a passive ability named “Nano Lifeshield,” which is quite potent on the battlefield.
After you take fatal damage, you enter an invulnerable and immobile state of 1 second. This is followed by a 150 HP shield that lasts for 6 seconds. If, during those 6 seconds, you knock down an enemy, you restore the same HP as the shield.
If you fail to do so, you get eliminated. This has a cooldown of 150 seconds inside the game. You can accordingly incorporate Sonia into your character combinations once she is released in the game after the OB40 update.
Awakened Alok character
Ever since the official announcement, the Awakened Alok character has created a lot of hype among Free Fire’s community. You have the opportunity to try out the same in the ongoing OB40 Advance Server.
The Awakened variant of the popular character possesses a unique skill named “Party Remix.” It comes into play after you activate the default ability of DJ Alok.
When the aura is active, music notes that last for 5 seconds are dropped 2 meters behind you every two seconds. Teammates that pick up that specific music note will receive the same effect as the aura, i.e., healing and movement speed.
Pug pet
Pug is the pet you can spot inside the OB40 Advance Server. He is a pretty good-looking one to have inside the game. His description reads:
“Looking slick in a suit, Pug is aiming straight for your heart!”
However, unlike most other pets within the battle royale title, Pug doesn’t feature a unique skill. Instead, you can equip the skills of other alternatives into him.
