The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2024 SEA Fall wrapped up with eight teams moving to the Global Finals in Brazil. Buriram United Esports took home the title of champions. The Thai brigade showcased outstanding performance throughout the tournament, scoring 100 points in the Grand Finals, which was held on October 13, 2024. The club was awarded a whopping prize money of $100,000.
A total of 18 teams from Southeast Asia took part in the FFWS Fall. These clubs clashed against each other in the Knockout with the top 12 teams moving to the Points Rush and Grand Finals stages. The event also featured eight spots for the FFWS 2024 Global Finals, which will be held in Brazil next month.
Team Falcons had already qualified for the Global Finals after emerging victorious in the Free Fire Esports World Cup 2024. A total of nine teams from Southeast Asia will participate in the Global Finals.
Prize pool distribution of FFWS 2024 SEA Fall Grand Finals
The tournament boasted a huge prize pool of $300,000. Here is how the prize pool distribution looks like:

Team Falcons ranked second in the FFWS Fall after accumulating 89 points in the Finals. Twisted Minds claimed the third sport after winning the last match of the tournament. Their player, Diamond, was the MVP of the tournament and received $4000 in prize money. Interestingly, all the top four teams hail from Thailand.
Qualified teams for FFWS 2024 Global Finals

WAG from Vietnam came sixth in the tournament, while three Indonesian teams RRQ, Evos, and Bigetron placed sixth, seventh, and eighth, respectively. Vietnamese team HUA qualified by a whisker after finishing in the ninth spot.
The All Gamers team from Thailand failed to perform well and ended up in 10th position. Heavy and GOW from Vietnam also struggled and brought up the bottom two after the Grand Finals.
