The OnePlus Pad 2's single variant with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage starts shipping on August 1 for $499. On the other hand, the iPad 10th gen's base variant starts at $329. If you would like cellular connectivity from the Apple tablet, the pricing begins at $479.

The entry-level iPad is about $170 cheaper than the OnePlus Pad 2 but only comes with just 64GB internal memory, which may not be enough for most people. You’ll need to spend an extra $150 to buy the 256GB version which is similar to the OnePlus Pad 2.

Both tablets are powered by completely different processors with differences in their fabrication as well. The OnePlus Pad 2 is powered by the Qualcomm flagship chip, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Meanwhile, you get the last generation A14 Bionic in the iPad 10th generation.

Both tablets are backed up by powerful processors. The iPad 10.9 manages to generate more than 60 frames per second (FPS) in PUBG Mobile and consistently can generate and deliver a smooth gameplay experience.

On the other hand, the OnePlus Pad 2 is powered by the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. It manages to even generate close to 90 FPS with PUBG Mobile and can be used for long hours of gaming.

The Apple iPad 10th generation supports most types of professional apps and even has a 12MP camera that supports FaceTime. It can be used to run most student apps, including Microsoft Office apps. The Apple Pencil also lets you unleash your imagination on the digital canvas, or take notes on the go.

In contrast, the OnePlus Pad 2's Smart Keyboard now works with Bluetooth as well, which lets you use the tablet from a distance, without worrying about attaching it to the USB C port all the time. However, its 8MP front camera only provides average video quality for online meetings or calls.

The Apple iPad 10.9 supports multiple Apple accessories, but the company hasn't provided support for the latest Apple Pencils. Instead, it only supports the first-gen Apple Pencil or with USB Type C support. However, it does offer Magic Keyboard and Smart Keyboard Folio support.

OnePlus has launched the Pad 2 with two accessories, including the OnePlus Stylo 2 and Smart Keyboard. The Smart Keyboard can be magnetically attached to the tablet, and the Stylo 2 comes with improved haptic feedback for improved latency while taking notes or drawing something.
