Based on our review, we feel buying the iPhone 15 Pro would be the better choice if your primary requirement is performance and camera abilities. The iPhone is simply smoother and much more efficient compared to the Z Flip 6.
However, if you want a phone out of the ordinary and want to try flip phones for a change, do go for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6. The flip feature is not just a gimmick as the phone actually packs a punch when it comes to performance, camera, and even battery life.
