The Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti was launched around a year after the standard Nvidia RTX 3070 but came with only a 7 - 8% improvement, which isn't much. However, it is just enough to play God of War Ragnarok at 1440p with a mix of High and Ultra settings.

Apply these settings for the best performance:

Display

  • Adapter: Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti
  • Monitor: Choose the best monitor (Will be chosen automatically if you have a single monitor)
  • Display Mode: Fullscreen
  • Resolution: 2560x1440
  • Vsync: Off (Keep it "On" if you don't have a FreeSync or G-Sync compatible monitor)

  • Frame Rate Limit: 60 (User preference)
  • Latency Reduction: Reflex
  • Frame Gen: Off

Graphics

  • Film Grain: 0

  • Reduced Flashing: On

The Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU will have no issues running the game 1440p smoothly without any stutters.

With these settings, God of War Ragnarok will run at a locked 60 FPS framerate with high graphical fidelity on the two chips. If you unlock the framerate limit, you might get an even higher FPS, but it could come at the cost of stable frame time.
