The Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti — along with other RTX 50 series graphics cards — was officially launched at CES 2025. According to Team Green's provided benchmarks, the RTX 5070 Ti boasts double the performance of its predecessor, the RTX 4070 Ti. Furthermore, Jensen Huang (Nvidia's CEO) mentioned that this increase in performance wouldn't have been possible without the power of AI.

This article will showcase everything you need to know about the RTX 5070 Ti.

Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti launch window

Nvidia provided an exact release date for the RTX 5080 and 5090, but the same can't be said about the RTX 5070 Ti. Team Green mentioned that it will start selling at the beginning of February 2025 but didn't mention a specific date.

Pricing of the Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti

The RTX 5070 Ti is officially priced at $749, which is $50 cheaper than its predecessor, the RTX 4070 Ti, despite offering significant performance improvements with new AI features.

Performance of the Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti

According to the first-party benchmarks provided by Nvidia, the RTX 5070 Ti seems to deliver double the performance of its predecessor on average. The huge performance uplift is possible thanks to the use of DLSS 4 technology, which uses a new Transformer AI model from Nvidia.

Most of the game benchmarks provided in the first-party slides have DLSS enabled. This makes it quite hard to determine how much of a generational improvement comes from the RTX 5070 Ti itself. Therefore, it is recommended to wait for third-party benchmarks for more clarity on the actual performance improvements.
