A full 1080p resolution has been confirmed for the PlayStation 4 version of Batman: Arkham Knight. According to a PlayStation listing for the game, the video output will be in Full HD 1080p. This is great news for PlayStation 4 owners, as a 1080p resolution will only help enhance the game’s amazing graphics. Sadly, the listing failed to mention a framerate, though this will probably be revealed in the weeks leading up to the games release in June.

The resolution for the Xbox One version of Batman: Arkham Knight has not been revealed and Microsoft is yet to announce the official specifications for the game. Though just like its PS4 counterpart, it is likely that the Xbox one version will also have a 1080p resolution.

Fans will not be too happy with a lower number than this, as seen in Battlefield Hardline, which fell short of 1080p on both the PlayStation and Xbox.

Moreover, Arkham Knight will also be a pretty large game, taking up an enormous 48.7 GB of space. So its best to keep your hard drive free of a few GB’s before you think of getting this game.

Batman: Arkham Knight is scheduled to release worldwide on June 23rd, 2015. The game will be available for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. PlayStation 4 owners will also be getting some exclusive content, the details of which you can view here.
