Rockstar has announced that the long awaited feature of GTA Online Heists will be released on March 10th for both last and next generation consoles. The feature had a long history of delay as it had been delayed many times while the original game was released in September 2013. Rockstar has always provided ample explanation for the delay and insist that the feature will provide better modes for gamers to pleasure on. The feature will allow four players to join up form a crew enabling them to take on multiple jobs that will kickstart the next huge heist. Danger and the associated payouts will be huge so players will have to work together inorder to build up their abilities and gear.
With the joyful news of this release comes the news of the delay in the release of GTA V on PC. This popular open world game was originally slated in January, we heard back then that the game had been delayed until March and now the release has been pushed back to April 14th. Rockstar explained the reasons for the delay saying “Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for PC. As a gesture of thanks for your understanding, we will grant anyone who has pre-ordered the game an additional $200,000 in-game cash for use in GTA Online.”
The wait might end up being worth it though as GTA V on PC is the “most graphically and technically advanced version yet” and is “fully optimized to support a broad range of current hardware and features a host of PC-specific enhancements including greater levels of detail, deep configuration options and ultra-high-definition support – as well as the powerful new Rockstar Editor for recording, staging and editing original custom videos.”
GTA V is currently available for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
