According to the latest reports, Limbo could be arriving on Xbox One for non-early adopters on December 1, 2014.
Micorsoft has confirmed that Limbo is coming to the console, and that some early adopters have received free game keys in celebration of Xbox One's first Anniversary. No other release date has been provided as of now. However, as per gaming enthusiast Chris Crowe, not only does Microsoft Smartglass show a release date for Limbo -- he's already able to play it and earn achievements too.

The screenshots below show that Limbo will be releasing on December 1st this year with 1000 achievement points. We checked Crowe's profile on Xbox.com, and under his recent achievement list the following Limbo achievements show up.
It does seem to make sense given that there is a definite evidence for the release. But an official announcement from Microsoft is still awaited and nothing is guaranteed unless there is one.
