Daedalic Entertainment, who developed the turn-based RPG video game Blackguards, have today announced that the sequel to the game is scheduled for a launch on the 20th of January in 2015 for PC and Mac. Blackguards 2 is based on RPG rulebook of The Dark Eye – a German tabletop RPG created by Schmidt Spiel & Freizeit GmbH and Droemer Knaur Verlag in 1984.
Daedalic mentioned that the second iteration of Blackguards has been created and improved thanks to fan feedback and the developers have added 'desired features,' 'unique enemies' along with 'improved gameplay' based off feedback from the first game, Blackguards.
Blackguards 2 will be available on Steam, GOG, and other online retailers for £22.99/$29.99/€29.99 and comes with full English and German localization along with subtitles in Spanish, French, Russian, Polish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese and Korean.
