'Tales from the Borderlands: Episode 1' launch date and trailer now out

Tales from the Borderlands, a new adventure series by Telltale Games had a surprise release on the 25^th of November that coincided with the launch of the games trailer. The first episode ‘Zer0 Sum’ is up for purchase via Steam or Telltale’s main website, but, only for the PC, PS3 and PS4 platforms. The release is also limited to the United States of America and players from other countries will have to wait till the 3^rd of December to get their hands on the game.

The Xbox One release is slated to hit stores today, 26^th of November while the Xbox 360 version arrives on December 3^rd. The Mac version of the game will arrive on the 27^th of November. The game will also be coming to iOS and Android devices, but the release date or the price for the phone version has not been announced yet.

The next release by Telltale games will be the much awaited Game of Thrones: A Telltale Game Series Episode 1; which along with Borderlands, should run for a few months after which Telltale will release its third season of The Walking Dead game series. So it’s a pretty big line up for Telltale games who have so far not announced a possible second season of The Wolf Among Us.

Tales from the Borderlands will be an episodic graphic adventure video game, much like Telltales other titles, and is based on the Borderland series. Choices made by the player will impact the story elements and future episodes. Given how a lot of Telltales previous game release have received great reviews for its story and characters, Tales from the Borderlands should also be nothing short of epic.
