Titanfall 2, a possible timed exclusive for Xbox One?

Titanfall, the game that had been released last year exclusively for Xbox and Xbox One along with a PC release. This was an exclusive arrangement made with Microsoft and hence a PlayStation release was not made. Respawn Entertainment has stated that the agreement was made for Titanfall only and hence, there is a possibility that Titanfall 2 may be made for the PlayStation too.

Wedbush Securities’ often maligned Michael Pachter was interviewed by GamingBolt on this very topic and he made very interesting statements. According to Patchter, Titanfall 2 revealed at E3 2016 for a Holiday 2017 release date. He further stated that, “Microsoft will offer something for a timed exclusive.”

Patcher was the one who recently said that the timed exclusivity cost Microsoft $10 million or more and that Microsoft may do the same for Titanfall 2 too.
