ISL fixtures

The tenth edition of the Indian Super League (ISL) begins on 21 September 2023 and the first 12 rounds will unfold until December 2023. The schedule includes breaks for international games, with India set to take part in the Merdeka Tournament in October and the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in November.

This season, there are 11 venues designated for ISL games, with each team having its own stadium, while Mohun Bagan SG and East Bengal FC share the iconic Salt Lake Stadium. Newly promoted Punjab FC are set to play their home games at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi.

The ISL Fixtures 2023-24 have been out only for the first 12 rounds so far, as the Indian men’s football team will participate in the AFC Asian Cup in January. The last game of the twelfth round will see NorthEast United FC host FC Goa on December 29. The schedule for the next 10 rounds and the knockout games has not been announced yet.

Indian Super League 2023-24 Format

All twelve teams - Bengaluru FC, Chennaiyin FC, FC Goa, Hyderabad FC, Jamshedpur FC, Kerala Blasters FC, Mohun Bagan SG, Mumbai City FC, NorthEast United FC, Odisha FC, Punjab FC, and SC East Bengal - will be involved in a double round-robin stage i.e., all teams will play two games (one home and one away) against every other team in the league stage.

Following the conclusion of the league stage, the playoffs will feature the top six teams. The top two teams secure direct entry into the semi-finals, while those placed from 3rd to 6th play a single-leg playoff. The winners of the playoff matches advance to the two-legged semi-final against the teams that clinched the top two positions.
