Social media influencer Grace Charis opened up about drawing more audience into the game through her videos. The California native has garnered immense attention for sharing her slow-motion videos on her social media pages and is known for posting golf swings in slow-motion.

However, Grace Charis also makes headlines for her clothing choices while playing the game. In her recent interview with Golf Monthly, the American social media star opened up about how she got into content creation and how her videos have got "a lot of people to come into the game." She said:

"When I first started, I don’t think I had any idea it might have been seen as disrespectful to the game or turning it into something it’s not. But I’d rather focus on the aspect that it’s growing the game. Whether we like it or not, even though it is kind of sexualised, I’m getting a lot of people to come into the game, just watching a golf swing, so I think that’s a positive in a lot of ways.”

Notably, Grace Charis enjoys a tremendous fan following on social media with around 3.5 million followers on her Instagram account. Moreover, she also has a YouTube channel with 1.53 million subscribers. She started her channel in 2020 and has achieved tremendous success in the last four years.

"I’m trying to get better"- Grace Charis focuses on improving her game to gain credibility as a golfer

In the same interview, Grace Charis also opened up about her focus on improving her game to gain more credibility as a golfer. She has been working hard to improve her game and made sure to practice four to five times a week along with working with her coach to enhance her skills.

Speaking of her efforts, Charis said (via Golf Monthly):

“It’s a weird way into the game, but I’m trying to get better because a lot of people see me as just some online chick that’s trying to make money and sell things. I’m not seen as a golfer, but I’m edging my way into that by being good at golf and posting videos of great shots.”

Grace Charis also talked about being inspired by social media star Brooke Monk, who has 6.2 million followers on Instagram and is known for her lip-sync videos. Charis expressed admiration for her fellow social media influencer and said:

"I looked up to Brooke. She gets so many views, she posts every single day. She’s a hard worker and she’s beautiful. Looking at what she does and how she handles social media has helped me get into it, and I’m in a different place now than I was when I started. I’m making my own trends and going down a path that I want to go down.”

Notably, in addition to her slow-motion videos on Instagram, Charis is also known for her golf videos on her YouTube channel. She has also taken up several golf challenges like "Break 50," "Break 80," and "Break 30" for her channel.
