The Tour Championship is the culminating event of the PGA Tour season, inviting only the elite - the top 30 golfers in the FedEx Cup standings. This prestigious tournament employs a unique format where players begin with strokes based on their FedEx Cup position, with the leader starting at a hefty 10-under par.

Victory at the Tour Championship comes with a hefty prize and signifies claiming the FedEx Cup, the PGA Tour's ultimate seasonal achievement. The champion is presented with the historic Calamity Jane trophy, a replica of golfing legend Bobby Jones' putter. As usual, the 2024 edition will be held at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia.

What is the Tour Championship Trophy like?

The Tour Championship trophy, nicknamed the Calamity Jane, is steeped in history and prestige. Crafted from gleaming sterling silver, it's a meticulously recreated replica of Bobby Jones's original putter, a nod to the legendary golfer's dominance in the early 1900s.

Since 2005, this trophy has been presented to the Tour Championship victor, and even past champions received replicas to commemorate their achievements.
