Kirk Cousins will be looking to find some form

When the Redskins walk onto the FedExField on Sunday, a lot of eyes will be fixed on quarterback Kirk Cousins who put up some below par performances against the Eagles and Rams this season. Stepping into this campaign after throwing a career-best 4917 yards last season, he was expected to be at his impressive best again this year but it looks like he still hasn't shifted gears yet.

Some of the blame can be put on the fact that he lost DeShaun Jackson and Pierre Garcon, both 1000 yard receivers this offseason & his partnership with Redskins new receiver Terelle Pryor is still developing.

This week, he suits up against an Oakland defensive unit which has been impressive until now, giving up only 621 yards to opposing offences. Cousins will be looking to dismantle this defence and expose it with his passing ability this weekend. Expect this to be a high-scoring match.
