Coming into this game after a huge performance against the Seahawks, the hype around Hyde was pretty high and he did not disappoint, with an 84-yard rushing performance in 25 attempts, averaging 3.4 yards per carry with 10 receiving yards on 3 receptions and 2 touchdowns.

He was the 49ers' go-to guy in the running game with 21 more attempts than the next back Mostert. Hyde's longest run in this match was for 20 yards whilst he also showed us his gritty never say die attitude when, in the 4th quarter, he slipped near the end zone but gathered himself up to turn a case of lost yardage into a gain of 2 yards.
