#3 Stop chatting with other people
The only verbal communication in the gym should be between you and your trainer. By engaging in unnecessary conversation with other people, you are not only wasting your time but their time as well.
And again, this interferes with the intensity of your workout. You are most welcome to talk to other people once you have finished your workout and the other person has also finished his/her workout.
Hence, the third etiquette is to avoid getting into an unnecessary banter with other people as this just wastes your time in the gym.
#4 Stop looking and/or gazing at other people with good physique in the gym
Although this may sound weird, you need to stop gazing at people who have built a good physique.
They have worked hard to get where they are today and even you’ll also get your dream physique with dedication and hard work. But, by constantly looking at people with an excellent physique, you are again wasting your time.
Hence, the fourth etiquette is to focus on yourself and your progression rather than having lingering thoughts about people in the gym who have built good physique.
