#3 Mountain Climbers
Instructions:
Step 1: Get in the push-up position. Your palms and toes will be on the floor. Your arms will be extended under your shoulders and your body will form a straight line from your head to your heels.
Step 2: Bend your left knee and pull it close to you chest. Push it back to the initial position and repeat for the other side. This makes 1 rep.
Do as many reps as you can in 2 minutes.
