#6 V-Ups
Instructions:
Step 1: Lie on the floor with your legs extended in front of you and your arms extended behind your head.
Step 2: Engage your core and lift your legs and arms towards the ceiling. Raise your head and shoulders off the floor too. Try and touch your toes with your fingers.
Step 3: Get back to the initial position and repeat.
Do this exercise for 2 minutes.
