This workout will require you to do 10 rounds of the following combinations:
Ad
1. 20 reps of Mountain Climbers
2. 20 reps of Sit Ups
3. 20 reps of Air Squats
4. 20 reps of Lunges
Workout Combination #5
Ad
This is an EMOM workout set as in popularly known as the Chelsea. It has to be done for 30 minutes and comprises of:
1. 5 reps of Pull Ups
2. 10 reps of Push Ups
3. 15 reps of Squats
