Workout Combination #6
Ad

This is a 30 minutes AMRAP and is known as the Gauntlet. It comprises of the following:
Ad
1. Jackie: 1000 meter row, 50 Thrusters and 30 Pull Ups
followed by,
2. Karabell: 10 Rounds, 3 Satches and 15 Wall Ball
and finally
3. Cindy: 5 reps of Pull Ups, 10 reps of Push Ups and 15 reps of Squats
Workout combination #7
Ad
This combination is known as the Murph and contains the following:
1. 1 mile run
2. 100 reps of Pull Ups
3. 200 reps of Push Ups
4. 300 reps of Air Squats
5. 1 mile run
Since this is a lengthy workout, you can try to break it up a little. Mix and match options 2-4, according to your need and capability.
