Aerofit 6.3R is a recumbent exercise bike. Meaning, you will have a backrest and is not like your traditional bicycle. This kind of exercise bike is ideal for people with knee and back problems. The build quality is top-class and is almost maintenance free. High quality rotating parts mean high durability and noiseless operation. The large and impact-absorbing pedals reduce lower back stress. You get eight levels of friction-free magnetic resistance – a state-of-the-art technology.
The LCD display is powered by two AA size batteries and shows a tonne of information including heart rate display. The LCD also displays time, speed, distance, calories, pulse, and functions as an odometer. You also get a 5 kg balanced flywheel with super silent belt drive. The seat with a back cushion provides lumbar support along with ten levels adjustment. The handle is versatile with the side handle bar having a contact heart rate sensor.
The build quality is great, thanks to the steel construction and two powder coats of paint. Not to forget, the AF 6.3R is rust free.
