The Reebok ZR8 exercise bike provides a wide range of features. A backlight LCD screen tracks speed, time, distance and even your pulse with the hand pulse sensors on the handlebars. The 32 levels of resistance with the ZR8 supports the workout of the muscles for an extra challenge. Twelve pre-set programmes offer a lot of variety. A 9 kg flywheel along with adjustable pedals aid in the workout. Along with the pre-set programs, we see four target programs for intense workouts. You can create your own workout program with the ZR8. Moreover, it even has a setting for the recovery period.
Almost everything on the ZR8 is adjustable; we see vertical and horizontal saddle adjustment, pedal straps, handlebars and floor level adjustment (talk about customizability). ZR8 is exceptionally quiet but it needs to be connected to the mains for the LCD display to work.
