Aerofit AF 100 is a spin exercise bike that is ideal for an individual looking to push the boundaries during the workout. A spin exercise bike has a much sturdier construction and is best suited for an intense workout. The AF 110 has a 12 kg high inertia spin wheel with a smart release breaking system, which provides safe dependable performance for an unsupervised rider. The dual side brake system improves the stability. It is metal belt driven with a centre design drive making it ideal for high speeds. Low centre of gravity with a stable frame prevents rocking during all those intense workouts.
The seat offers both horizontal and vertical adjustment while the self-balancing wide pedals are excellent. Even the handlebars of the AF 110 are adjustable. The multi-feedback display reads out time, distance, speed and calories instantaneously. The bike is on the heavier side and will be a problem to relocate within the house. However, we see transportation wheels to ease movement.
