As per this workout regime, your week should include two days of Pilates and barre workouts, three days of weight training, and about an average of 8000 steps per day.

The weight training workout days should be split into an upper body day, lower body day, and full-body workout day. Pilates and barre workout days are active recovery days with low intensity and low impact. Finally, an average of 8000 steps every day for low-impact cardio.

3 Weighted Workouts per Week
