I’ve gotten a few requests for lower body exercises that can be done in limited space and without a gym. Here is a powerful leg exercises you can do pretty much anywhere.
Frog Squats- I like these because you get a nice calves work out as well.
Start with legs wider than hip distance and squat a bit past 90 degrees. Find you balance and keep you back straight. You will need to engage your core so be sure to keep your posture as perfect as possible.

From here, raise your heels off the ground so you are balancing on the balls of your feet. Hold for 2 second and come down. Repeat for 20 reps.

Just 16 years old, Neha completed her freshman year at Princeton University winning the Ivy-League Rookie of the Year award for her accomplishments on the tennis court. Taking a leave of absence from Princeton, she joined her elder sister, Shikha on the tennis tour.
Neha reached a singles career high of 196 and doubles 110 in the world, boasting wins over a top 50 players (Nicole Vaidisova, Sesil Karatencheva, Lisa Raymond, Angies Radwanksa, Sofia Arvidsson, Varvara Lephchenko and Elena Vesnina). After 5 years on the tour, Neha returned to Princeton University to complete her degree in Sociology and graduated this past June (2012).
