3rd HOCKEY INDIA SENIOR WOMEN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Haryana ,Punjab and Madhya Pradesh won their respective matches to complete the quarterfinal line up.Haryana Defeated Mumbai 10-0 in pool B to qualify for quarter finals of senior women national championship 2013.Punjab defeated Delhi 7-0 in their final league match and proceeded to quarterfinals. MP defeated Bihar 8-0 and qualified for next stage.Top eight to qualify for quarterfinals are :- Railways, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand , SAI, Karnataka,Haryana,Punjab and Madhya Pradesh.All the quarterfinal matches will be played on 28 april 2013(Sunday) at major Dhyanchand stadium in Guru Govind Sports college ,Lucknow.The first quarter final match will see Hosts Uttar Pradesh taking on defending champions Railways. Second match will be played between SAI and last year runners up Haryana.in third match Jharkhand will be pitted against karnataka. last match will be played between Madhya Pradesh and Punjab.Both the semifinal matches will be played on 29 april while Finals are scheduled on 30 April.
