Chandigarh and Uttar Pradesh from Pool A and hosts Haryana and Delhi from Pool B entered semifinals of the Hockey India Sub-Junior Men’s National Championship (North Zone) played here Saturday.
Hosts Haryana registered an easy 13-0 victory over Jammu and Kashmir while Punjab beat Himachal Pradesh 3-0 in Pool B.
In Pool A, Chandigarh defeated Uttarakhand 5-3.
Pool A: Chandigarh 5 (Manjinder Singh 11, Hartaj Singh Aujla 18, Harkirat Singh 21, Harmeet Singh 45 and Milanpreet Singh 47) beat Uttarakhand 3 (Vikas Joshi 16, Raj Kumar 32 and Rahul Kumar 38).
