India defeated France 4-0 in the second test match played in Lille, France to win the 2 test match series 2-0. Earlier India defeated France 8-2 after being one goal down.
For India Sardara Singh, Sandeep Singh, VR Raghunath and Danish Mujtaba were the scorers. India led their opponents 2-0 at the half time.
In the first game it was the French team that took the lead through Fabien Magner. India equalized and finally won the game 8-2. India led at the half time with a scoreline of 3-2.
