It looks like IMPACT Wrestling is planning to make this year's Slammiversary full of shocking appearances. Deonna Purrazzo will put her Knockouts Championship on the line against an opponent of management's choosing.

The moment Gail Kim dropped a bombshell against Deonna Purrazzo, stating that she will face a mystery opponent, it became clear that it won't be someone from the current roster.

The mystery element itself was exciting, but the company dropped a hint during the contract signing between Scott D'Amore and Deonna Purrazzo. D'Amore stated that Slammiversary would be a hot mess, which is a nickname of Chelsea Green.

He then mentioned the word "Iconic," which reminds us of Billie Kay and Peyton Royce. He concluded the segment with a mention of Hardcore Country, which used to be the theme song of legendary Mickie James during her time in TNA/IMPACT Wrestling.

Chelsea Green could be out of the equation, given that she will most likely appear during Matt Cardona's match. Billie Kay and Peyton Royce don't make sense either, considering their lack of star power.

Mickie James could be considered the perfect challenger here for Deonna Purrazzo. The chances of having IMPACT Wrestling star Taylor Wilde as a mystery opponent are high as well. Wilde attacked Purrazzo on her return to the company. She will be eyeing the Knockouts Championship.

Both these legendary female stars can go toe-to-toe with The Virtuosa. Nevertheless, fans will be in for a treat if one of these women wrestles on the show.
