#2. Best: The world title matches on IMPACT Wrestling Bound For Glory were amazing
The IMPACT Wrestling Bound For Glory main event, and the co-main event, featured the two biggest title matches of the night. Deonna Purrazzo defended her title against Mickie James while Christian Cage and Josh Alexander battled it out in the main event.
Deonna Purrazzo's second title reign lasted nearly a year, but Mickie James proved too tough of an opponent for The Virtuosa. However, the two women tore the house down in arguably the match of the night. Theirs was one of the best women's matches of the year.
In the main event, the Walking Weapon took on Captain Charisma for the IMPACT Wrestling World Championship. An excellent technical match led to the former X-Division champion defeating Christian Cage.
Both the matches were the highlights of the night from an in-ring perspective.
#2. Worst: IMPACT Wrestling Bound For Glory didn't deliver enough surprises
IMPACT Wrestling's biggest surprises are reserved for the biggest shows. Slammiversary featured a total of seven surprise returns and debuts.
Thunder Rosa, Mickie James, Aiden English, No Way Jose, FinJuice, Jay White, and Chelsea Green were all part of the surprises. Compare that to last night's show, Bound For Glory underwhelmed big time.
