This week on IMPACT Wrestling, Fire 'N Flava will defend their Knockouts Tag Team Championships against Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering in what could be a rubber match for their feud.
It seems weird why the company chose to have this title defense ahead of the Against All Odds event. It would have made sense to culminate their month-long feud on June 12th.
Both teams are tied 1-1 in this feud. Grace and Ellering dethroned Fire 'N Flava at Rebellion and ended their title reign at 99 days. However, Hogan and Steelz quickly reclaimed the gold at Under Siege a few weeks ago.
With Fire 'N Flava's current momentum, it seems unlikely that they are going to lose their titles. Instead, we could see Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering turning on each other during this week's IMPACT Wrestling.
Last week, during the closing moments of the 10-women tag team match, Hogan and Steelz superkicked Grace, sending her into Ellering. Since then fans have been speculating about a heel turn from either Grace or Ellering.
But we have to wait until this week to find out the fallout from their match.
