IMPACT Wrestling has seen Jake Something emerge as a breakout star in recent months. However, Brian Myers has been making a mockery of his name lately. Something challenged him to a match, saying if he lost he'd recognize Myers, publicly, as the Most Professional Wrestler.
Manny Smith vs Steve Maclin on IMPACT Wrestling
Steve Maclin ran through Manny Smith tonight. An Olympic slam of sorts planted Smith and Maclin followed with some clotheslines. After leaving Smith hung up in a tree of woe, Maclin rammed into him with a spear.
A low-release German suplex planted Smith and Maclin followed with a series of elbows to the neck. After that, a reverse suplex driver planted Smith for the win.
Results: Steve Maclin defeated Manny Smith via pinfall on IMPACT Wrestling.
Grade: D-
Brian Myers accepted the challenge from Jake Something. He said he didn't need to hear anyone tell him he's the Most Professional Wrestler in IMPACT Wrestling. He already knows it. However, he wanted Sam Beale to hear Something say it, and he'd make that happen next week.
