While the Hardy Boyz have been in the pro-wrestling business for a long time, it appears they have no plans of slowing down in TNA. Matt Hardy recently commented on the duo's future plans in the company.
Matt and Jeff Hardy have been a tag team since the 1990s, having been a part of a number of promotions throughout their careers. They returned to TNA in 2024 at Rebellion, instantly getting a warm welcome from the fans. Since then, they have managed to climb up the ranks and become the World Tag Team Champions in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Kevin Kellam for Sportskeeda Wrestling, Matt Hardy spoke about the immense passion the duo had for professional wrestling. He noted that despite being a lot older now, he and Jeff still feel young at heart and would continue to perform on the highest level for as long as their bodies allowed them to.
"I think we both feel very young at heart. I think that is something that's important and we are just both very passionate about this. I mean being pro-wrestlers was our dream. It's what we wanted to do. If we want the world tag team titles, in any promotion, one single time, uno, then we would have been happy. So long story short man, we are very happy to go out there and perform at a high level as long as we can, even if we are a little older," said Matt Hardy. [4:21 onwards]

Matt Hardy also praised Jeff's performance at a former TNA event
One of Jeff Hardy's spots at TNA Final Resolution in December 2024 deserves special mention, according to his brother Matt Hardy.
Speaking in the same interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, Matt brought up a Swanton Bomb performed by Jeff at TNA Final Resolution that looked easier than it was. He said:
"I wanna commend Jeff. How eerily similar was his Swanton in Final Resolution off the balcony through the table. The table at Madison Square Garden in the Dudley Tables match was set straight across. It was perfectly aligned so you could hit it perpendicular. But this one was slanted. He almost had to go parallel. And he still nailed it perfectly." [4:50 onwards]
It remains to be seen what is next for the current TNA World Tag Team Champions in the world of professional wrestling.
