TNA star Leon Slater receives high praise from Jeff Hardy (Exclusive)

Jeff Hardy, one of the all-time greats in pro wrestling, recently heaped praise on rising TNA star, Leon Slater. According to Jeff, one of Leon's moves is "other-worldly."

Despite being only 20 years old, Leon Slater has apparently caught the eye of the Charismatic Enigma. When speaking on how Jeff's signature moves have evolved in the pro-wrestling business, he talked about the Swanton Bomb, one of his most recognizable maneuvers. According to him, Leon has one of the best variations of the Swanton.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Kevin Kellam for Sportskeeda, Jeff Hardy had the following to say about the TNA star. He also mentioned his plans for the future of the company.

"Leon Slater in TNA, he does the Swanton 450 which is other-wordly in my opinion. Ya I have been watching a lot of The Rascalz' matches, and I feel like they're... At Genesis, at TNA Genesis 2025, it might be a genesis for like this new vibe of what and who the Hardys are. Because I have been watching a lot of Rascalz matches, so we might be seeing some pretty interesting counters." [3:15 onwards]

Jeff Hardy thinks the TNA audience is a part of the reason for his success

While Jeff is getting on in years, his drive to deliver the best in his matches has apparently not taken a hit.

Speaking in the same interview for Sportskeeda, the Tag Team champion stated:

"I fear my brain is my biggest enemy. It's just like being afraid of myself, what I can and can't do these days. But that's proved positive right there man. I don't just do this alone. My energy with the TNA audience and my faith and all that good stuff comes from the play of all those moments. But man it made me excited for the future in TNA." [5:20 onwards]
