Defending I-League champions Churchill Brothers SC have registered their first 21 players for the 2013/14 I-League leaving the club options to sign more players amongst their overall squad, from their youth academy or bring in loan signings later on in the season.
Interesting to see is that players signed over the summer in Balwant Singh (Salgaocar FC), Joe Rodrigues (Dempo SC) and William Colaco (Mumbai FC) didn’t find a place in the I-League squad though all have featured in the Goa Pro League like youngsters Elvis Baretto, Asley Fernandes, Joshua Rebello and others.
Also missing is new Portuguese signing Eurípedes Daniel Adão Amoreirinha due to personal reasons, while an Asian striker to compliment Henry Antchouet is also set to be signed in the days to come.
