From Kohli to Mithali - How cricketers are showing support to Indian football for FIFA U17 World Cup

The FIFA U17 World Cup is just around the corner and it will witness an Indian team playing at a FIFA event for the first time ever. The 11 teenagers who will take to the pitch tomorrow evening will create history, and wishes have been pouring in left, right and centre for this privileged generation of Indian U17 footballers.

With India taking on the USA in the Group A opener tomorrow at New Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, it is not long until the dream comes true. The climax of what an entire nation's wait to see an Indian football team make its bow on the global scale will be reached tomorrow.
