In Pictures: Team India finish 7th at the FC Bayern Youth Cup World Finals 2018 in Munich

The Indian team that was sent to the FC Bayern Youth Cup World Finals held in Munich recently in May, beat USA and Nigeria in the tournament.

The Indian boys had the experience of a lifetime, as they were given the opportunity to watch Bayern Munich face off against Stuttgart at the Allianz Arena.

Earlier this year in February 2018, Adidas India held the FC Bayern Youth Cup India 2017-2018 where 200 schools had participated in the tournament and 12 schools from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and the North East had secured qualification for the India finals.

Army Public School, Bangalore were announced winners of the India Finals with a victory over Campeon School, Mumbai by 4-1 goals in the enthralling 30-minute final match. French football legend and FC Bayern Hall of Famer - Bixenete Lizarazu was in the National Capital to award the National winners earlier this year.
